SHBO INDUSTRY GROUP CO; LTD. produce high-quality stainless steel balustrades, stainless steel profile including stainless steel welded pipe,slotted pipe,flat & angle,solid rod,sheet.
In 2010,we decided to enter this field and soon the Stainless Steel railing fitting factory was born.To cater for different needs of stainless steel markets,we set up a stainless steel 201 welded pipe factory with 10 lines in 2013. In 2019 , we established a company for export.Thanks to the support of customers.We have been able to extend our product range and open up the stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 welded pipe production line in 2013.
With the global economic development,Customers' demand is increasing. Meanwhile , we are improving our production capacity and quantity . To speed up the delivery time , Nowadays we have 4 workshops for producing stainless steel welded pipe , handrail fittings , balustrades and steel structure.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are both. We have our own factroy and have own export license.
Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The material is SUS 304 stainless steel. And we can use other types of stainless steel according to customer's requirements, for example SUS 316.
Q: How do we control quality?
A:We start controlling from the quality of raw materials, and every step has a production record to form a visual management. All products will pass the full-check, not spot-check.
Q: What is your balustrade materials ?
We use stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316.
Q: What is your MOQ requirments ?
If you are doing wholesale, each balustrade should be above 30 pieces. If you are doing project, the MOQ length is 20 meters.
Q: What is your trade terms service ?
We can offer EXW, FOB, CNF and CIF service by our shipping agent.
Q: Can you provide samples ?
Yes, we can. But we have to know your order quantity and the courier cost will be paid by you.
Q: What is the standard height of the railing ?
We should consider two situation.
1// Flat railng standard height,1100mm,1200mm or 1300mm from the ground. 2// Staircase railing standard height,900mm or 950mm from each step
Q: If I have a railing project,Can you come to the site to survey ? Could you make the drawings for us ?
Yes,we can offer the surveying site and provide the drawings for you. But we have to know the project situation firstly.
Q: What is your delivert time ?
It depents on the order quantity. Normally we can produce 3000 pieces balustrades in one month.
Q: If we have a customized drawings design. Can you do it for us ?
Certainly. We have a CAD drawing teams. If you need revised service,we also can make it for you.
